Project activation and deactivation
When you're logged in, a menu opens where you can view Inactive and Active projects. The number of projects depends on how many projects you have added access rights to.
You can activate projects from the point indicated by the arrow.
When you activate the project for the first time, the application retrieves the following information for the project:
- All observations created or edited in the last two weeks.
- All findings that are not in the status of ''Approved''.
- All measurements, checks and memos created in the last two weeks.
After this, you can start using the project and the application simultaneously downloads other data in the project in the background.
When you are in the active projects section, you can see your active projects and they are immediately ready for use. Projects that are not needed at that moment in Congrid can be deactivated in the application, which speeds up the use of the application.
Deactivation of the project is at the arrow shown in the picture behind the three dots.
After this, a menu will open from which you can:
- To synchronize project information
- To delete the project data from the device
- To deactivate a project
When the desired project is active and you want to be able to use it, you can select the project by clicking on it
Basic function of project view
When you have selected the project you want from the project menu, a view opens for you where you can start using the project. The following basic functions can be found in the same view:
- Cloud icon. Here you can see if there are unfinished data transfers in the mobile application. This way you can also manually synchronize the project information from Live.
- Changing the project. Here you can get back to the project menu.
- Signing out
- Changing the language. Here you can change the language of the mobile application. The current options are Finnish, English, Estonian and Swedish.
