When the Congrid+ application is downloaded to your phone or tablet, a shortcut will appear in your device's application menu.

 

After opening the application, the login menu opens. You log in with your own Congrid username aka your email adress.

 

1. Enter an email address
2. Enter the password you specified
3. Press log in

 

 

If the login fails, the following message appears on the screen:

 

 

The problem may be due to the following reasons:

• The user ID does not have a valid access right
• The email address or password was typed incorrectly
• Internet connection is not on
