First open "Administrated projects" from the "Admin" drop-down menu.
Sending a user invite
Click the "Add person" -icon. A pop-up window for sending a user to invite opens.
In the new pop up window, define the following information:
- User email address.
- Language
- User's company
- User role:
- Main contractor, Normal role for company employees
- Supervisor, third party supervisor, who accepts documentation.
-User rights for projects:
- Live permissions (User rights for Congrid Live).
- Mobile application permissions (User rights for the mobile application).
- Edit permissions (Rights to change notes and inspections in Congrid live).
- Admin permissions (Rights to delete notes and inspections and to edit project data, contractors, floor plans, the area hierarchy within the Live service).
When all fields are set, click OK.
