The Task Lists tool can be found in the mobile app's tools menu, indicated by the green arrow:
The tool allows you to update the latest information on task lists. If another user in the project adds a new list to the project at the same time, it will appear for everyone to see. You can also filter the project's task lists.
1. You can sort the task list view by: "Created time, name."
2. Search for task lists by name.
3. Select the desired list by clicking on it from the menu. You can edit, check off, and add tasks to the list.
4. Create a new list for the project by clicking on the "+" button.
After the + sign, you will find the "New task list" option. The following steps are on the list:
1. Give the list a name
2. Save it for use in the project.
Once a new task list has been saved to a project, it can be found on the Task Lists tool page:
A task list is selected by clicking on its name.
If a task list is saved offline, it will only be visible to other users once the information has been synchronized to the server when the device connects to the internet.
Editing task lists
By long-pressing on the task list, you can edit (rename, delete) the task list.
Adding a task note
You can create a new note either from the +new task note button in the task lists main menu or by clicking on the list open and pressing the blue + button.
